Starter Kit

This release includes the first release of the project, it contains a single VSI file (a starter kit) that once installed will add a new project type into the Visual Studio new project list. In order to use this fully you'll need a UT3 server running the special server gametype mod, or to use the public one listed at http://www.utbots.com.
